SORECO I is an EC duly organized and existing by virtue of PD No. 269 and other applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at gulang-gulang, Irosin, Sorsogon.
Holder of an exclusive franchise issued by the National Electrification Commission (NEC) to operate electric power distribution services in 8 municipalities in the province of Sorsogon, namely Bulan, Bulusan, Casiguran, Irosin, Juban, Magallanes, Matnog and Sta. Magdalena.
